Refund policy
We hope you love your BAD BLVD purchase. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.
International customers have 20 days from the shipment date, and domestic customers have 14 days from the shipment date, to request a return or exchange.
All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be returned new, unworn, and unused, with all original tags securely attached, hygiene strips intact, and free from makeup, stains, marks, damage, alterations, or unpleasant odours.
Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by BAD BLVD. Customers are required to use a tracked and secure delivery service for all returns. We recommend using your local post office. Responsibility for the safe return of items remains with the customer and their chosen courier.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via the form on this website and our team will be happy to assist you. Kindly specify whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. For exchanges, please clearly state the preferred replacement item (for example, an alternative size).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 7–14 working days of receipt and approval of the returned item.
Items that are worn, damaged, soiled, altered, or returned with makeup, marks, or odours may be refused. In such cases, we reserve the right to request a prepaid shipping label to return the item to the customer.
